I just wanted to share with you some feedback from your supervisor training. Since your training, our turnover rate on the second shift has improved tremendously. Even though we have always trained on the proper way to treat employees I think your example of thinking about your best and worst supervisor really made an impact. THANK YOU. We are currently 97% staffed and the second shift supervisors are so much happier because they are not consistently running the line with inexperienced staff.
